Living Inspired…

The first time I traveled, I was 21 years old. That one trip changed everything. It opened my eyes to new cultures, new foods, and new ways of living. I was inspired. Since then, I’ve been to 15 countries and counting, exploring everything from coastlines and mountains to vibrant cities and hidden small towns.
Every destination has taught me something new and added to the stories I carry with me.

But traveling the world requires energy, discipline, and balance.
To do the things I love I’ve learned that eating well and staying fit is essential. The way I fuel my body makes a huge difference in how I feel and what I’m able to do.

That’s why this blog combines three things I’m passionate about: travel, cooking, and health.
