Easy High Protein Queso

Protein queso is creamy, cheesy, and secretly packed with protein thanks to cottage cheese and a pepperjack Laughing Cow wedge. It melts into a smooth, flavorful dip with a little kick—perfect for satisfying cravings while still supporting your fitness goals.

Protein Queso Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (low-fat or fat-free)
  • 1 Pepper Jack Laughing Cow wedge
  • 1–2 tsp taco seasoning (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Add cottage cheese, Laughing Cow wedge, and taco seasoning to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Microwave for 30–60 seconds (optional, but makes it more queso-like).
